I’m Chiam Sen Jay or Jay Chiam for short.
I got into this industry because I like people, and more specifically, I like listening to them. Not just the goals, but the thinking and mindset behind the goals.
Some people already know exactly what they want and just need someone to execute. That’s great! But the conversations I find most rewarding are the ones where we’re still figuring it out together. Where the dream is real but the path isn’t obvious yet, and working through that is half the point.
I’m not the flashiest agent, and I won’t pretend to be. What I bring is patience, depth, and a genuine interest in getting the details right. I tend to work best with people who’d rather have someone ask the uncomfortable questions early than get a smooth answer that unravels later.

A Proud Case to Share
One case I’m particularly proud of was navigating the financial future of a single mother, she was going through a very hard time since her husband sapped away most of her finances in unnecessary luxury purchases.
When she separated from her spouse, she had to rebuild her future from scratch at 44 years old and little retirement plans aside from CPF. With a lot of help and in depth planning to ensure sustainable premiums, I can confidently say we’ve patched up 80% of her portfolio to ensure a solid retirement, and a beautiful future with her daughter, and that number is growing every year.
She still sends me happy new year photos with her and her daughter every year. I am proud of her strength, and very happy to be a part of her story.
